We're the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention North Dakota Chapter, serving the Moorhead area as well. Our mission is to save lives and provide hope to those impacted by suicide. Nationally recognized for our research, we're the leading private funder of mental health research. By increasing our understanding of the brain and suicide, we can develop better treatments and tools to support more individuals.
Locally, we're deeply involved in prevention education, advocacy, and support for those who have lost loved ones to suicide. The F/M Out of the Darkness Walk is our primary fundraiser, supporting all our programs. While we have ten walks across the state, the Fargo event is our largest!
