FULL JOB DESCRIPTION - TAPROOM SERVER (Part-Time)

Summary

• Serve craft beer brewed on site and exhibit a friendly personality for a positive guest experience

• Work with a team of taproom servers under our taproom manager

• Part time weekend position paid hourly plus excellent tips!

Duties:

• Promptly greet and serve guests

• Verify ID’s and age requirements

• Suggest beers and styles to guests

• Learn and grow in an overall understanding of beer types and styles

• Pour beers and process payments efficiently and accurately

• Move with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment

• Clearly communicate with teammates

• Build rapport with regular guests

• Set up and close down the taproom for service

• Count registers and calculate tips distributed amongst team

• Provide positive and memorable experiences for guests and teammates
