This NE Style IPA is hopped with Chinook, a hop varietal that takes your tastebuds on a walk through a pine forest. It is known for its strong and citrusy character with mild fruitiness.
We then dry hopped this baby with Eureka, Mosaic, and Noble Citra for a smooth and delicate resinous flavor with fruity notes ranging from tropical-citrus to dark stone fruits.
This batch contains brettanomyces, was Barrel Aged for one year in La Crema Pinot Noir & Jack Daniels Whiskey barrels, has a dark amber hue, and a smooth, medium body.
Initial flavors of fig, plum, and dates pop in the forefront followed by strong notes of sweet cordial cherries. The palate is then mellowed by flavors of toasted oak and whiskey with hints of caramel. You can find aromas of lemon and an overall profile that's sweet like candy!
This hazy New England Double is dry hopped with three different New Zealand varieties: Motueka, Kohatu, and Rakau. The nose lends aromas of fresh pine and lime zest, followed by flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and apricots, with a balanced, bitter finish.
This NE style beast is bursting with flavor! The combo of Azacca and Denali hops create a flavor profile big in citrus and tropical fruit tones. Fresh pine, lime zest, tangerine, and pineapple can be found in this crowd pleaser that is sure to make an impact!
Our newest experimental is hopped with a dash of Cryo-Citra and dry-hopped exclusively with Ekuanot.
Known for its strong impressions of citrus, fruits, and herbs, Ekuanot delivers an array of flavors & aromatics including lemon, orange, tropical papaya & mango, and berries with prevalent herbal notes and a grassy hop bite.

This west coast pale showcases Comet, Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo hops which lend a resiny and bold citrus flavor to create a very drinkable and refreshingly hoppy pale ale!
Tangerine, apricot, orange rind, and pronounced melon may be found paired with an earthy, pine bitterness and slight caramel malt presence. Party on, Wayne!
Party Store Pale Ale was named by our brewer, Corey, who is originally from Michigan where they call liquor stores "party stores!"

This imperial coconut dark ale was brewed with over 75 pounds of house-roasted coconut flakes! It’s bold malt profile lends to flavors of rich dark chocolate for an overall taste reminiscent of a Mounds candy bar and a flavor experience like sitting oceanside on a warm summer evening at high tide. Surf's up!

This Barrel Aged Barleywine was aged in Sagamore Rye Whiskey barrels for 9 months.
It has powerful aromas of sweet cherries & honey and an overall overt warm booziness throughout. Flavors of caramel and molasses up front, peppery baking spices to follow, and a strong, malty sweetness at the finish reminiscent of raisins.
