Say "Aloha" to the 3rd Cream Soda Sour in our Terminal Delight series! We went straight to the tropics with this combination of juicy pineapple, sweet mango, and smooth Madagascar vanilla. Like a vacation for your taste buds, it's the perfect blend of tart and creamy with fruity goodness bursting through each and every sip.
This ale was made with a combination of Pistachios, Pineapple, and Marshmallow to recreate everyone’s favorite fruit salad! You better believe that it tastes and smells just like you’re eating a spoonful of this classic side dish. 😋
Travel back in time with us, to when Nixon was getting pardoned, and instant gelatin & marshmallows were transforming America's definition of "salad."
Dry hopping this Milkshake with Mosaic, Loral, and Azacca brings out bold tropical, stone fruit and citrus flavors & aromas with just the right touch of floral notes that pair perfectly with the incredibly juicy pineapple. Additions of lactose and vanilla for that creamy dose of milkshake heaven rounded out with a smooth, herbal pine bitterness and BAM!...Let's SHAKE (rattle, and roll)!

This Sangria Inspired Sour Ale was made with Zinfandel & Sangiovese Grape Juice, Orange Puree, and Orange Peel.
In honor of the delicious Spanish drink, this sour is nice and light with hints of plum, cranberry, citrus, and strawberry, finishing tart & slightly dry. Can we get an "Olé!"
This New England Style IPA is just as good as it is BAD! Bad Larry is back, but this time he's gone to the hoppy side. Brewed with a large variety of hops, this one is Azacca heavy for mainly tropical notes of mango & pineapple with a kiss of citrus, an overall sweetness, and nice, dank bite.
Hopped with Citra, Amarillo & Exp. #07270 and Dry Hopped with Rakau & Exp. #07270, this Experimental India Pale Lager starts off with slight malt & tropical aromas, is followed by a short but sweet burst of apricot, mango, tangerine & citrus zest, and finishes with a very strong, lingering dankness that's paired with flavors of lemongrass & pine.
All IPLs are very different, have a wide range of flavors, levels of bitterness, and end goals... just like IPA's! As a whole, the result of fermenting with lager yeast rather than ale yeast in IPLs generally combine a crisp lager finish with amplified hops.
This New England Style DIPA was hopped with CTZ & Mosaic and dry hopped with Galaxy & more Mosaics to give the beer juicy flavors of passionfruit, berries and citrus complemented by a hazy body and clean, dank bitterness!
