Paul Seeba is a singer/songwriter who lives in St. Paul. Playing live as a solo act throughout the Upper Midwest, his strong background in history comes out in his lyrics and music. Paul plays a variety of acoustics during his shows, allowing for a fun variety of sounds and styles.
In addition, he plays in a four piece band called The Mitchell Yards. His debut album, “Mitchell Yards,” has received international radio play and solid reviews from international sites such as Americana UK. The 13 track album offer heartfelt lyrics, strong harmonies and the interplay of acoustic/electric guitar layers that falls into an alt/indie roots rock genre.

Whirlpool hopped with Ariana and El Dorado and Dry-Hopped with Galaxy, Ariana, and Idaho Gem, this NE IPA has a big hazy . body filled with an earthy low key bitterness, and lots of orange fruitiness, laced with tropical & berry flavors. Overall smooth and juicy with grassy notes throughout.

Aged 9 months in Sagamore Rye Whiskey barrels, this Imperial Stout pours into the glass with a rich dark brown head. Appearance is thick and black like motor oil and the aroma hits you with flakey butterfinger candy, fudge, cocoa bean, and slight marshmallow. Flavor starts out big with dark fudge that fades into bourbon and oak tannin then delicious peanut butter cup. Fantastically full-flavored.
