We brewed this fruited Sour IPA with a whole bunch of strawberry and rhubarb puree, plus a bit of plum for good measure! We also dry-hopped it with Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Cascade, and Azacca hops to lend a fruit-forward hop profile. No lactose or vanilla.
The result is a juicy, lip smacking ale that tastes like a mouthful of strawberry rhubarb pie!

We are releasing cans of our latest version of CocoMondo Cream Ale with Toasted Coconut and Lactose!
We brewed this Cream Ale with lactose to add a creamy mouthfeel and body. Then we added an incredible amount of toasted coconut and finished the beer on Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. The result is a flavor that is warm and smooth but still toasty and light.
Whirlpool hopped with Ariana and El Dorado and Dry-Hopped with Galaxy, Ariana, and Idaho Gem, this NE IPA has a big hazy . body filled with an earthy low key bitterness, and lots of orange fruitiness, laced with tropical & berry flavors. Overall smooth and juicy with grassy notes throughout.
This sour ale was whirlpool hopped with Azacca & El Dorado and dry hopped with Citra & Mosaic. All four of these hops come together with the passionfruit & lactose to bring bright tropical, citrus, berry, and fruity flavors & aromas. It has a strong sour passionfruit punch and a full, creamy body that ends with a nice citrusy hop bite.
Junkyard Brewing Company x Fargo Brewing Company proudly present version 1 of a two-part collaboration series: FULL BREWHOUSE, a New England style IPA with Sauvignon Blanc Grape Juice and Nelson Sauvin Hops.
For this Collaboration, our goal was to brew two very different IPAs using similar ingredients, and we were inspired by the relatively new “Brut” IPA style, which led us to the idea of adding white grape juice and Nelson Sauvin hops to both beers. We also wanted to contrast the super dry, hoppy Brut style with its polar opposite in the IPA world, so we brewed a New England style IPA using similar malts, hops, and grape juice here at Junkyard.
This Sour member of the Shake-O-Matic series is brewed with creamy lactose, vanilla beans, and juicy bitter-sweet grapefruit!
We then dry hopped with a blend of Amarillo and Mosaic to give this shake a charge of citrus, floral, and berry aroma & flavors with a tart & tangy kick(flip).
